Prologue:
The full moon seemed to dance across the lake as six cats strode across it, walking on the water.  In the very center of the lake was a glowing blue orb levitating in the air.  Pure energy and power radiated from it.
"Ugh!  Why do we have to do this every quarter moon?!"  moaned a pale yellow tom cat.
"Because, Desert, we must make sure the energy in the orb is still well contained and at its full standard." Said a gray tabby she-cat with blue tips of fur.
"Rain is absolutely right." Said a pure white she-cat with blue eyes.  "You know perfectly well that it is our job, as founder of the six clans, that we should protect the energy orb.  It holds great secrets and power.  We don't even know where it came from and we need to make sure no energy is let out."
"And," said an indigo black tom cat, "We're the only cats who can walk on water in StarClan, so this is kind of our responsibility. Cloud," the tom turned to face the white she-cat, "must you make everything sound so important and complicated ?"
"Night, just drop it already."  Said an orange tom cat. "Must you make everything sound so boring?"
"Oh look, we're here!" interrupted a brown and tan tom cat.  
Night padded up to the orb first.  "Fire," he said to the orange tom. "would you to do the honors of making our quarter moon inspection of the orb?"
"Of course," Fire said after a moment of silence.
All cats watched as Fire started by sniffing the orb.  Then he circled it twice, then as he leaned it to take a breath of the energy, Night pushed him into it!
All the cats stared in horror as Fire gave off an ear-splitting shriek of fear as he was sucked into the glowing blue orb. The orb glowed and moved unsteadily as the orb sucked in Fire with a loud buzzing noise.  Just before Fire was completely suck in, a spitting noise came and part of the orb shot some of it out and it flew along the StarClan sky, then left, heading towards the Earth. Then, in a matter of moments, all of Fire was gone, and just the glowing orb remained.
"Night, what have you done?!" screamed Cloud.  "You pushed Fire into it?"
"Fire called me boring!  It was just a joke!" Night yelled then dropped onto the lake and ripples formed all around him.  "I didn't mean for this to happen!"
Cloud seemed too horrified to speak anymore.  She just stared at the orb in shock.
Mountain shouldered his way through the group of cats till he was right on top of Night.  He leaned down. "Get up." He growled.
Night struggled to stand up, legs shaking from shock.
Once he was up Mountain let out a loud screech then growled, "Why would you ever think of this?  You deserve a nice good pounding."  Mountain reared up on his hind legs.  Since he was a large cat in general, this made him look really tall and scary.
Before Mountain could do anything to night, the orb started glowing green.
All cats stopped and stared at it as it grew and grew.  It floated high in the air then dropped on to the lake, then sunk.
Minutes passed and the cats didn't move or make a sound.  Suddenly the lake started glowing blue-green and a loud rumble came, shaking the cats down.  Then, the orb shot up, out of the lake, larger than ever and then started levitating again, as if nothing happened.  It  just…sat there…floating, only making the occasional humming sound… then a cracking sound started, and all the cats looked up to see the orb breaking, and an giant cat paw flew out of the orb, and the orb broke more and soon the orb shattered into pieces on the lake, then sunk.  A glowing shape appeared out of the orb and showed a large figure of a cat.  The cat emerged out of the energy.  The cat was large, about the size of a large dog.
"Do not fear me."  The cat spoke in a deep voice.  "I am Fire, and I now know what the orb was."
Cloud stepped forward.  "Fire?  What happened to you?" she whispered.
"Secrets." Fire replied calmly.  "And, now I know a great danger that faces the Clans."
Night shoved his way through the crowd of the five cats staring at the now gigantic Fire, and then turned to face the cats. "Well the good thing now, even though Fire is gigantic and is outlined glowing green and blue, is that he's back right?  Right?"  The second "right" came in only as a mouse squeak.  Night stared at all the cats and all the cats stared back at him.  
Fire took a small step forward and spoke, his voice was low and much louder than the cats would've expected.  "Do not be angry at Night, he did a favor for us all."
"Yeah!"  Night said, forcing a smile on his face.
"I now know of the dangers that the Clans face in the near future," Fire continued, "The Dead Forest will rise," explained Fire. The Dead Forest was a place where cats went if StarClan rejected them or if the cat refused to join the heaven for cats. "Also," Fire continued, turning to Rain, "Rain, you must watch over your Clan, darkness is lurking near them." Fire spoke with such certainty and wisdom, it'd seem as if his was the first cat that ever walked on Earth.
"Tell me more!" Rain pleaded.
"I cannot," Fire said.  "But I can tell you one thing, three cats will meet age and wisdom, and train against the dark."
All cats stared at Fire, and then started to walk home when Cloud suggested it, in haunting silence.
The next day the Clan founder cats went to speak to Fire and all along the way they heard the sound of screeching and pain.  The cats raced through the forest and when they arrived, they saw Fire; his glowing green radiation was turned red and he was yelled "the knowledge, it's too much!  I can't take it anymore!"
"Fire" screamed Cloud, she raced towards him, "Calm yourself! Take it easy!"
"Can't stop the knowledge, must get rid of it.  Fire stood up from where he was sitting and stood at least three fox lengths above the cats.  He stumbled and rammed into a tree, causing it to crack, then he hit his head against the tree screeching in pain and agony., The tree broke and fell along another tree, stopping it's fall. Then Fire Yelled again and rammed his whole body along another tree, this time causing it to break.  Inally he yelled "I can't take it anymore!  Get rid of the knowledge!" He rammed himself into a final tree then ran away from the cats, straight towards the Dead Forest.
